Reminder: Nursery Class admissions to main school for September 2021

If your child is in Mrs Walker’s Nursery Class, remember to apply for your main school place for September 2021. Applications are open now at https://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/information-for-residents/education-and-schools/school-admissions/apply-for-a-reception-year-place-at-infant-or-primary-school-or-a-year-3-place

Reminder: Talk to the teacher about your child’s report card

Children’s Report Cards were sent home yesterday. As we can’t hold normal parent – teacher meetings, please get in touch if you’d like a call from the teacher. We are happy to call to answer any questions you might have or to tell you more about how things are going for your child. Just send an email to office@victoriaprimaryschool.org.uk and the teacher will get back to you.

Online Safety

Did you know that children in Britain spend an average of 2 days per week online? That’s why it’s so important to know what your child is up to and to know that they are safe.

Check out the helpful links for parents at https://www.victoriaprimaryschool.org.uk/page.php?p=esafety

If your child is in Years 4, 5 or 6, ask them about the online safety display in their building. If they don’t know what’s on there, tell them to look next week and get back to you!
