Our children are really lucky to have a number of staff who are very highly trained. This is something that families don’t often know, so we thought we’d share the excellence this week!

Did you know…

- Miss Mousley is the Nova Trust’s senior primary Special Needs leader and leads training in SEN for one of Nottinghamshire’s teacher training centres

- Mrs Brook leads training in Maths for one of Nottinghamshire’s teacher training centres

- Mrs Kershaw leads training for teachers of children who are new to speaking English across Nottingham schools and also for one of Nottinghamshire’s teacher training centres

- Miss Froggatt trains secondary school teachers in Year 7-9 Maths support

- Miss Cao leads training in English for one of Nottinghamshire’s teacher training centres and is a SATs assessor of Year 2 teacher across Nottingham

- Mr Gray sits on the City Council’s Improvement Board for primary education in Nottingham and is an advisor to the University of Nottingham Europe-wide SEN project

- Mrs Adams leads Nursery assessment across all Nova Education Trust schools
